Frame It Up! Class this Saturday 10/18 (2-5pm)

I would like to give credit to my fellow consultant friend Joanie Stanclift,
who designed this oh-so-cute and spooky page!
THANK YOU Joanie for sharing this amazing class idea with us!

Come join us to create this "frightfully cute"
one-page layout, the perfect home décor!
Saturday, October 18th (2pm-5pm)
For $35 your kit will include one of our NEW "Designed Décor" Shadow Box frames (choose Black or Colonial White) to show off your artwork. The high-quality wooden shadow box frame has a hinged back (magnetic closure) that opens for easy loading, so you can change the décor inside as often as you wish! The theme this month is "HALLOWEEN", and the page can be customized to fit your favorite 5x7 photo (tall or wide). Next month, we'll create another single page (FALL-themed) that you can make with me for just $8 each and/or $35 IF you want your kit to include another frame. In December, I'll offer a CHRISTMAS-themed page for $8 each and/or $35 with the frame. The frames are an incredible value because you can change the 12x12 page/theme inside a single frame every month/season. They make great gift items also, so you may want to make more than one! Space is limited to just 6 guests this time, but if there is enough interest, I will offer one more class date on Friday 10/24. I already have the materials in stock, so please RSVP by Thursday 10/16 and you can pay for your kit at the event. Cash, Check, and PayPal online payments accepted to: StampwithJen@ymail.com

April SOTM Blog Hop!

THANK YOU for stopping by to enjoy our
April Stamp of the Month Blog Hop
featuring this month's SOTM:
Balloon Talk S1404

If you've just arrived here from SHIRLEY's BLOG,
then you are on the correct path.
This month I created this standard-size Card
featuring the Lollydoodle papers X7183B
(Cotton Candy, Juniper, Pear, Slate, and White Daisy).
Easter is coming on April 20th, so I thought it would be fun
to also include these cute Easter Chicks also from the
Easter Wishes stamp set B1422 (Spring/Summer 2013 Idea Book, p. 65).
Even though this stamp set isn't featured in our current Idea Book,
it is Cricut compatible (Art Philosophy) and is still available for purchase.
Notice that the April SOTM, Balloon Talk, is also Cricut compatible (Artiste)
and I also used the Artiste Cartridge to cut the grass for the Card above as well
(p. 73, cut Pear cardstock at 3/4").

Here are all of the images (below) included in the "Balloon Talk" stamp set
that is available during April 2014 only:

March Stamp of the Month Blog Hop!!

THANK YOU for stopping by to enjoy our
March Stamp of the Month Blog Hop
featuring this month's SOTM:
Happy Place S1403

If you've just arrived here from DAWN's BLOG,
then you are on the correct path.

This month I created this standard-size card featuring the NEW Jubilee papers X7181B (Colonial White, Cranberry, Honey, Indian Corn Blue, and Kraft).  The card design is inspired by Make It From Your Heart (MIFYH) Volume 2 - Pattern 28 (p. 46).
Ink-distressing was done with a sponge dauber and Desert Sand ink.  All stamping was done with an Archival Black ink pad.  The images are colored with our Watercolor Pencils and blended with a Blending Pen.  The sentiment is cut using the Artiste Cricut Collection (the "thanks" stamp image is from the coordinating Artiste stamp set "Word Balloons" D1531).  Finally, it is embellished with our NEW Durables Triangle Studs Z1928.

Here are all of the images (below) included in this stamp set
that is available during March 2014 only:

Capture the Date Blog Hop!!

Thank you for stopping by to enjoy our November Stamp of the Month Blog Hop featuring this month's SOTM - Capture the Date S1211!

If you've just arrived here from
Pamela's blog then you are on the correct path.

While this stamp set is ideal for stamping the date on your scrapbook pages and other projects, I wanted to show you how easily it can be used to create a Christmas card as well! This standard-size card I created (above) features the Pear & Partridge papers X7162B with Black, Cashmere, and Olive inks. The Christmas Tree shape was cut from the Cricut AP cartridge at 3.5" and the Holly Leaves were cut at 1.5".
The Poinsettia Leaves were cut from the Cricut Artiste cartridge
at 1.25, 1.5, and 1.75".

I used a dry embossing stylus to impress lines and score folds on all of my leaves. Then I sanded them lightly with sandpaper and inked the Holly Leaves with a sponge-dauber and Olive ink on all the edges and creases as well. Finally, I layered them together with 3D foam mounting tape to add some dimension.

...here are all the images (below) that are included in this set:
You can purchase this stamp set from me now for $17.95 (full retail price)
or at the discounted price of just $5 with any order of $50 or more!!

Fall Favorites - September SOTM Blog Hop!

Thank you for stopping by to enjoy our September Stamp of the Month Blog Hop featuring this month's SOTM - Fall Favorites S1209!

If you've just arrived here from
Angel's Blog then you are on the correct path.

First, I've created this standard-size card (above) featuring the Moonlight paper pack. I stamped the scarecrow with Black Staz-on ink and then colored him in with some of our NEW alcohol-based markers (colors I used include Autumn Terracotta, Creme Brulee, Indian Corn Blue, Olive, Outdoor Denim, and Smokey Plum). I also used a few of our old-style markers instead of the new markers for colors I needed that I don't own yet (Desert Sand and Grey Wool). Please note that the sentiment "Harvest Happiness" that I used comes from another stamp set, Harvest Happiness C1463. Dontcha just LOVE that fun Burlap Ribbon?!! I still can't get enough of it! :)

Next, I'm sharing a "Pie Box" (above) that I made using our
NEW "Artiste" Cricut Cartridge
and the Clementine papers X7156B.

This is what I will be creating with my customers that attend our next
Cricut Creativity Class coming up on Friday, September 7th (6:30pm)!!

Here's a closer view of the tag and embellishing on top!
Stamping is done with Saddle ink on Desert Sand cardstock, then I colored
with Autumn Terracotta, Creme Brulee, Desert Sand, and Olive markers.
I was impressed by how well our new markers worked
on a non-white cardstock base! The true colors shine through
beautifully even on top of the Desert Sand cardstock I used here!

Finally, here's a side view of the box (above) so you can see the additional
border around the box that I stamped and colored as well.

...and here are all the images (below) that are included in this fun and festive stamp set:

You can purchase this stamp set from me now for $17.95 (full retail price)
or at the discounted price of just $5 with any order of $50 or more!!
(from September 1-30, 2012 only)!
